King Foundation visits KADEP

Thank you to Bob Sweeney and the King Foundation. The King Foundation has been a long time supporter of the Rocky Mountain MS Center and KADEP (hence the King in KADEP)!
Bob visited us last Friday in celebration of National Adult Day Services Week.

We are trying to "burn our mortgage" by the end of this year.  We have started fundraising efforts and the King Foundation has agreed to match up to $52,500 if can raise funds to pay off our wonderful building.  If you would like to donate please contact us at 303-433-6887 or email wagner@mscenter.org

We want to thank Mr. Sweeney for his continued support and love for KADEP!

Fall Prevention

Falls are a leading cause of serious injury and death among elderly people in the United States, and most of those falls occur in the home according to the American Geriatric Society (AGS).

KADEP is striving to be "Falls Free."  Our very own expert exercise specialist, Shin Sakurai, will be leading us all in a Falls Prevention and Safety Talk on Monday September 24th at 1:30 in the gymnasium.

Please attend and get tips on how to prevent or minimize falls and make your environment safe.
