Oktoberfest

 KADEP celebrates Oktoberfest is style!

We had Tom Allen who played the accordion and told us about the history of Oktoberfest

 

There was German dancing

 

German lunch featuring bratwursts and potato salad

 

Oktoberfest style fitness

The contest consisted of seeing who could hold out pitchers for the longest amount of time.

 The winner was Gabe with 6 mins & 25 secs

Ryan came in 2nd with 5 mins & 15 secs

Third was Snooky with 4 mins & 47 secs

 

In the afternoon activities included:

Cooking group making pretzels and cheese dip

 

Decorating mugs

 

And Oktoberfest trivia
