Maitland and Becky traversed Berthoud Pass with 8 clients
to "rough it" for some tent camping at National Sports Center for the
Disabled's (NSCD) campground near Winter Park. The highlights were sitting
around the fire and eating s'mores, the spectacular mountain views, and a sky
full of stars. It was fun for us all to get to know each other better and to
share countless laughs and plenty of stories. Despite cold and rainy weather,
the campers were troopers and were glad to have experienced the trip. Thanks to
the Adventure Rec Coordinator, Missy, for setting it up!
