Fruits & Veggies Knowledge!
Everything in moderation. That includes your fruits and vegetables. A study followed the eating habits of more than 100,000 people for 30 years. The ones who ate five servings of fruits and vegetables a day lived longer. So far so good. But the study also found that eating more of those did you no good at all. It didn't hurt you...but packing on additional servings of fruits and veggies had no benefit. The perfect amount, they say is three vegetable servings and 2 fruit servings a day... Sadly only 1 in 10 people eat that much produce a day.
