Today we said farewell to Mitch. Mitch was our amazing exercise specialist who was exceptional in creating effective workouts for our clients. Mitch is off to become a wildland firefighter. While we are so excited for him, we are also really sad to see him go. Best of luck, Mitch! You will be very missed.

UPCOMING OVERNIGHT
I wanted to share details about our upcoming overnight event! If you are
interested in attending you can sign up at the
front desk. Just a friendly reminder that spots are limited and clients that
have not attended previous overnight events will be given priority and after
that remaining spots will be chosen at random to ensure fairness.
