Nutrition Fair a Success!

KADEP's nutrition fair on Friday was full of lots of fun opportunities to learn about healthy living.

Tom Stewart talked about Diet, Supplements, and MS as well as Ampyra, "the walking drug."
Olivia taught us how to cook great-tasting and healthful meals in just 15 minutes!
Jackie McKenney presented on Cravings, Weight Gain, and the Blood Sugar Rollercoaster as well as the Ancestral diet and how our bodies really work.
Shelly Leopard helped provide all staff and clients catered lunches from Panera!
Julie Pech, the Chocolate Therapist, gave us an excuse to eat chocolate every day and let us taste her tasty  chocolates!
Dr. Cindy Heiss from Metro State University of Denver taught us about Diabetes and Weight Management.

And James Morse taught us how to eat well on a budget.

Thanks to all who made the day a success! A million thanks to Shin Sakurai who planned and developed this event from scratch and whose tireless efforts made it a great success!
