Meet the New Staff

Hello,

My name is Jerome O’Leary, I am the new Exercise Specialist here at KADEP.

I was raised in Oregon, and I moved to Colorado after serving in the United States Army. Upon moving to Colorado I enrolled at Colorado State University, I completed a BS in Health and Exercise Science, and I am also a certified personal trainer. One of the reasons I moved to Colorado was to enjoy all of the outdoor activities that the state has to offer. I love sports, hiking, camping.

I look forward to working and getting to know all of you here at the program!

My name is Becky Meulemans and I am a new Therapeutic Recreation Specialist at KADEP.

I was born and raised in Wisconsin and earned my degree in Therapeutic Recreation from the University of WI – La Crosse in 2012. I completed my internship at KADEP in 2012 and loved it here! For the past 3.5 years I’ve been living and working in Lincoln, NE, but am thrilled to be back in Colorado and working at KADEP. In my free time, I love spending time outdoors: skiing, camping, hiking, and rollerblading. I also love cheering for the Packers, playing games (board, card, word, lawn – you name it, I’ll play it), trying new recipes, and spending time with family and friends.

I am grateful to be back at KADEP and look forward to reconnecting with everyone.
