Denver Urban Gardens' Free Seeds and Transplants Program provides vegetable seeds and plants to low-income households, schools, community gardens, and human service organizations throughout Metro Denver.

To participate, pick up an application beginning on January 2nd, at any of 39 distribution centers throughout the metro area. Find your nearest distribution center. The deadline to apply is February 1st, and seed and plants are delivered to neighborhood distribution centers in March and May, respectively.

One application is allowed per household. Individuals applying on behalf of groups may be eligible for a greater numbers of seeds and transplants per application through our group distribution center.
